We make keeping your windows clean simple and stress-free. Once you sign up for our Monthly Maintenance Plan:
Automatic Scheduling – Your home is placed on a monthly cleaning route, so you don’t have to remember to book. We’ll notify you ahead of time with your scheduled day.
Secure Payment – Payments are billed automatically each month, so there’s no need to worry about invoices or reminders.
Flexible Service – If you ever need to pause or skip a month, just let us know—we’ll adjust your schedule with no hassle.
Commitment – This plan comes with a 3-month initial contract. After that, you can cancel anytime, giving you the flexibility to continue only as long as it works for you.
Please Note: This plan does not include protruding French windows. These can be added for an additional cost upon request.
Before Starting Your Plan
All homes begin with a one-time Deep Clean Service at our regular pricing. This ensures every window, frame, and screen is brought up to a spotless standard before we begin monthly maintenance.
Deep Clean Includes: Full exterior cleaning, screens, tracks, sills, cobweb and bug removal, and detailed frame work.
Why It’s Required: A deep clean restores your windows to like-new condition, so the monthly maintenance can be quick, efficient, and consistent.
Regular Pricing: Standard deep clean pricing applies before your monthly plan begins.
Once your home is reset with a Deep Clean, your Monthly Window Cleaning Plan takes over, keeping everything fresh and maintained.
